Overview:

As an advocate group for the historically underserved schools of CA, the Partnership is one of the largest, in-district public school transformation organizations in the United States. Functioning as an independent non-profit organization that promotes change through an innovative transformation model: working with the Los Angeles Unified School District (LA Unified) under a Memorandum of Understanding, the Partnership manages a network of district schools in Boyle Heights, South LA, and Watts. Their model relies on sustainable and scalable solutions that can be applied at schools beyond their 19 campuses to dramatically improve outcomes for all students in California.

The Love Letter LA webinar series is set to be an open letter to the communities they serve. Discussing hardships and obstacles that face their youth like budget equity, access to fundamental tools like broadband internet, and the equality of education access for English Learners across the LA district. Love Letter LA is an opportunity for the Partnership to education on these difficult topics allowing the public to be more informed and more involved.
