Overview:

The 2016 training manual for Emerson employees looking to advance within their role or develop the stills needed to move into another department. This manual is eye catching, dynamic and is literally layered visually much like the courses it outlines. 

The course offerings are differentiated using a visual icon approach while the development is broken out into a color coded system. Photography mixed with transparent layers of color and dynamic shapes add to the visual interest while adding color to the photography that wouldn't ordinarily be available. The human element is present in much of the photography to make the connection between the content and the actual reader (they can see themselves in the role of their dreams). Overall this book is organized and easy on the readers eyes.
